I had an exceptionally poor experience with the office staff when trying to inquire about how much it would cost to come in and become an established patient so that I could then recieve my free physical that is covered by my high deductible health plan. I was initially told that I was accepted as a new patient and I was sent all of the required forms to fill out in the mail. I was a patient for years and only saw him twice. The reason for the low rating is not because of the doctor or nurse practitioners, it was the staff on the day that I was fit in for an appointment which I appreciate them for that. However, I called before I arrived to make sure that I could still come for my appointment because I was late and was on hold for seven minutes just for them to tell me that I needed to be there in 2 minutes.
