Dr. Putman was very helpful to my family.
I have seen Dr. Putman for well over a decade in 45 to 60 minute sessions, not just for med checks. I know of no other physician in Austin with his understanding and professional ability to diagnosis and treat patients who have mood disorders. These conditions are difficult to diagnosis correctly and these types of patients, myself included, are difficult to work with because they often do not want to remain compliant. Dr. Putman may not win "Mr Personality" but that's not his job's objective.
Very good with medications. Very straight to the point and doesn't waste time, which works for me. I'm not looking for a new best friend, just a doctor to help me out and who knows his stuff, and this doctor is that kind of guy.
