I have used HP inspections professionally for 7 years, and they have never failed to be professional, courteous and flexible when needed. Each one of their field staff are a great asset to have on any size and scoped project. One of the best inspection firms within the Bay Area.
Please stay far away from HP inspection Inc. We had a terrible experience with HP. When we hired HP assist us with the special inspection we spoke with David Pinkham he guaranteed us that will be billed for the hours spent at the job site and mileage fee… for the first inspection Hp came in spent 20 minutes and said everything was perfect he signed up the form and left…after 2 week my GC emailed them to schedule another inspection they said they won’t do it. we need to pay for $400 for 20 minutes they spent last .
