RecommendedBought a car here last week. The sales department was super helpful. Even let us put the car on a lift to check it out better. Had lots of good options for great prices. And they have the best fluffiest dog! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good used car.
I would highly suggest bringing a mechanic along. They put little to no work into the car before reselling. They are nice people but will not tell you any actual issues and they will try to sell you a more expensive car if you are leaning towards something cheaper. spent 4K on a car, made them well aware I have 2 kids and this car needs to be safe, which they told me everything was in good shape. Please contact the dealership ASAP to remedy any problems. Even on a four thousand dollar car we would stand by what we sell. Why was the dealership not contacted to begin with?
I recently brought my son and his new little family to HP in hopes of finding a car super quick. That morning their car broke down with momma and baby left on the side of the road scared & helpless. Dino, Nigel, and the entire HP Auto Sales/Garage crew are fantastic! They are honest, and stand behind their sales & service. I bought my daughter’s car there just last month, and they were great at both recommending a reliable used vehicle, and giving me the best repair deal when the front axle snapped - a normal wear & tear item that they didn’t have to replace free of charge, but they did!!!
