There's a reason 7 of the last 8 cars I've purchased over the past 40 years have been purchased from H&N. The customer service from everyone there is fantastic. They are more like a family than a client/dealer relationship. Because I'm a female, I appreciate the feeling of not being taken advantage of, but listened to. I think the longevity of the employees at H&N also speaks well of the type of dealership they are working for.
