I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked an appointment with Nydia, expecting professional service, but instead, a student—who openly admitted she didn’t know what she was doing—worked on my hair. I got a haircut from a male stylist, and he finished in just 15 minutes, charging me $67. There was no scalp massage or any additional service—just a basic layered cut. The result wasn’t even that nice. Definitely not going back.
