Terrible service Went to not 1 but 2 different stylists and the cut kept getting progressively worse and worse. Below is their original cut from stylist #1 (titled Before fix) after is the “FIX” they left me with from stylist #2 (titled After fix) It’s concerning that two separate people though this was ok, and when i brought to their attention how bad it is, (i showed them the exact photos you’re seeing and more) their response was a gaslighting “let me know if you need styling tips” (attached below). First time going to H Mack & had a wonderful experience! Marissa did an absolute amazing job with my haircut. I showed her my inspo and she executed it beautifully and timely. Looking forward to my next appointment!
My hair has never looked better! My stylist Nydia knew exactly how to cut my hair for the shape of my face. The staff is always friendly and polite. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked an appointment with Nydia, expecting professional service, but instead, a student—who openly admitted she didn’t know what she was doing—worked on my hair. I was extremely uncomfortable, as I was never informed that someone in training would be doing my hair.
