3 monthes to rebuild my transmission, not even 100 miles later it goes out. They wanted to charge me labor to pull the transmission and rebuild it again. 2 monthes later and the truck hasn't even been touched.
Terrible customer service. I just picked up my Jeep from H & M after they had it for more than 7 weeks. This was the 4th time I was told it was done and each of the other times I refused to take it because the door not close without binding. They thought it was good enough. It was supposed to be done in 1 week- I was quoted 6 hrs of work. They burned the carpet while welding and their solution was a cheap set of floor mats from Walmart to cover it. No apology, no resolution.
Paul & Mike went above and beyond to repair Humphrey, our food truck for events this weekend. They answered all my questions and explained things so I can understand. Thank you for the excellent customer service and care. H&M is the only one I trust for this 1961 converted ice cream truck!
I have had some work done on my 04 F-250 6.0L. Paul just did a full bulletproof system for me as well as put a Edge CTS programmer in it for me. He has taken the time to show me how it works as well as looked at things that I didn't bring the truck in for. Thank you for all your hard work and Christy thank you so much for answering all my questions when I call. I will send you more diesel trucks. You will have my business as long as the shop is open.
