Went to have my Dodge emissions tested. Found my u-joints are bad. Was informed about how they could actually break the case on my transmission. After explaining it to me, they replaced the u-joints, ran the emissions and I was on my way. They showed me the bad u-joints that my regular mechanic had missed 2 months ago. Great job guys!
What great, honest service. I had to have my car towed to a different mechanic because it was doing weird stuff. They wanted $3400 to rebuild my transmission. I wanted a second opinion. So I had it towed to H&M Transmission. After they had it for 2 days, the finally was able to get it to do what it had been doing to me. It came out to be a solenoid in the transmission. I have been with H&M since i moved to Castle Rock, 10 years ago. I don't shop around. When i find an honest mechanic. I stay with them. I drive a 2004 Honda Pilot with 266,000 miles on it. And one of the reasons it has that many miles is because of the recommendations of H&M. Best mechanics in town. By Far!
H&M is Amazing!!!! Their work is true and their word is honest! In the past 8 years I have had repairs small and major and routine maintence done here on four different vehicles and never have had a problem! Great people Great Mechanics and Great customer service! My father has always came here as well and Loved H&M for the honest work and awesome customer service. Horrible customer service and lied to insurance company . " We will make it right " yeah ... as long as they can keep your car for however long they want Never call with updates and never get it done when they say !!!!
