in the last 9 months it's been terrible. we have been able to spend only about 20 minutes playing before leaving. bonus spins are non existant if you max bet and most machines we don't even get our bet back the entire 20 we put in. free play is terrible for what we spend. avoid playing there until they at least give you a chance to win

Used to love this place but today after getting no bonuses which I can handle I guess but the entire time there nothing. I'm never a big winner but for God's sake let me win more than 30cents After seeing many people just standing around or sitting at a machine drinking their pop and not playing. Figured no one else was getting anything either.
usually we lose but most times we can play with not a lot of money, for hours. It's a night or day out and usually we eat with the food perks we earn and just leave a nice tip.

they lie to people I was sent an email saying I was eligible for a free hoodie drove almost an hour there and an hour back because when I got there they said oh no you're not eligible you have to get a hundred points first well other people in my household go there too they didn't get an email saying they were eligible for a hoodie but when I get there I don't get one that's called bait and switch I will never visit Hollywood casino again and I've been a long time customer been going since the day they were opened

Place sucks all the money you spend there and recieve no comps or free play and you have casinos like jack and mountaineer ive been to only a time or two each and constantly get free play and plenty of other comps. Id rather travel the extra 45 mins and go somewhere else personally.
