1st time there for my wife and me. we live in Cleveland and just wanted to take a drive somewhere. we were supersized at what was giving to us when we walked in the door. We each got $25 free play and another $5 each from something in the Basement. We played there for 7 hours and never took out more money then the $20 each we started with. Thanks for a good time.

Very very hard to hit here it's as if you're throwing your money in the garbage can the minute you walk in the place is too small the Saturday night I was there the band was so loud and so annoying I couldn't even enjoy myself they need to have a buffet the food court is a joke there's nothing to eat there the Skybox is okay but the service is terrible I'd rather make the 40-minute drive to Mountaineer they need to knock a couple walls down and make the place bigger

While at your casino in the dining area we witnessed not once but twice a waiter acknowledged another with the black power fist while working. I believe we all should have the right to express our rights but not while waiting on customers ! It was brought up to one of the managers while we were paying our bill. He said "we can not tell them not to do that ". Well you better educate you employees on proper work etiquette and ethics in the work place. I know we will not be returning. Had lunch today at Skybox. The server was awesome but our food took almost an hour, they were not busy when we first arrived. The manager who brought our food was very rude. We mentioned the food took pretty long and he said "No, it took 15 minutes. That's our normal ticket time." I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, we even own 2 and never have come across a manager so ignorant. A simple, I'm sorry would have been great but to call us a lair, ridiculous! We won't be back.

We love it ! It's small compared to others but it is quaint, clean & the staff is extremely courteous & helpful. Stayed this weekend and did well with the games & won $750 in free play !! The food is lousy & the wait is long on main floor .. Next time we will try the dining room upstairs .. Definetly going back !! �

Machines are very tight and I haven't received any free play since last march of 2015???? Its based on your money you spend well im dropping at least 100 every time and still not even 5 dollars free?? Id rather take the ride to mountaineer even tho im five minutes from hollywood
