wife was hurt at work, broken neck, full torn rotator cuff, fowler went along with workers comp, said nothing was wrong with her, after getting rid of him and workers comp went to another dr. did mri, full tear again on cuff, would not recomend this office for any thing, they have very bad attitudes towards patients
