This is the worst realty company ever! My brother rents at Casa Del Sol on Decatur and O'Bannon and his roof has been leaking for over a year. It's to the point where it looks like a waterfall in his dining room. We've written letters and nothing has worked. I wouldn't ever use these people!
This company is the worst management company I have ever had in my entire life. I am ashamed to be living in the neighborhood I live in due to their unsatisfactory management skills. It is in our CC&R's that they take care of the front yards in our community, there are weeds everywhere, over grown vegetation, dead leaves and shrubs in our gutters and landscaping.
