They were not there for us. We had to initiate each contact with them. They never called to check on my dad. We had to beg for them to come when we needed them and were brushed off. Said they would come the next day. Too late. My father was gone. No contact from them since my father’s passing either.
Wonderful people, they have helped beyond anything I ever would have thought. Never new what these awesome people did, but they have been so great. Words can't express my appreciation.
I think Haydel Memorial Hospice are awesome people. They took care of my mother and mother-in-law. I’m so glad we chose them. They were always there for what ever we needed. I would recommend them to everyone.
Haydel was extremely warm and caring . Making us feel comfortable and at easy with complete satifing answers to the questions asked.. Even after moms passing they would check up on us.. Mom was very happy with there care they all gave.. Thank you so much..

Don't know how they got 5 stars. I was gonna give a one. But didn't want to go that for. They need to revamp and start over. Couldn't get supplies when needed and to get some one when you needed them to do what we needed was a joke. They can talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Good luck. We have Journey and I give them 5 STARS. I highly recommend them.
Don't know what our family would have done with out y'all by our side when my daddy passed away:( Will never forget y'all Thank you so much
