MyEyeDr & Dr Ward are amazing! I’ve been a patient for 4+ years now and each time I go back there is improvement in an already high level of care, super clean office, incredibly helpful staff, and setting up an appointment was super easy! Dr Ward is a genuinely good human and ophthalmologist. Every staff member made me feel valued during each step of the exam, and I appreciated the constant level of attentiveness and care. I highly recommend Dr Ward and MyEyeDr (formerly Highlands Ranch Optical)!

I was very impressed by Dr. Ward's demeanor. When I met him he was at his beautiful fish tank admiring them and he didn't know me at all since I was a new patient. He walked right up to me shook my hand and we talked for a solid 5 minutes before he was called back to carry on with his day. He is a kind, laid back and thoughtful doctor. Zero Stars if I could. After waiting for almost 6 months for several pairs of trial contacts to come in, this office now wants money to re-examine me and won't fill a contact prescription. Repeated calls, explaining my situation have yielded no help. Sorry guys, you aren't the only game in town and if it was worth my time, I'd take steps to reclaim the money I paid, for nothing. Unacceptable.
Awesome place! Best selection of glasses! Logan, Glorianna and all other staff are super friendly and helpful. Our family has been going to Dr. Ward for close to 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are cutting edge.
