My name is Leah Primm, and Ron can out and fixed my drain today. He was very friendly and professional. He even mopped up the floors when he was done. 😆 It really saved the day. Because I was unable to use my washing machine. I called Sunday night, and he was here by 1:00 on Monday. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family. And use you for any future issues I may have . Thank you 😊

I have no problem with the service I received. What I do have a problem with is they said there was a $165 charge just to come out. When the guy arrived, he said the total was going to be over $700. I told him I couldn't pay that to have one drain snaked. He then said he'd take off the initial $165, but it would still be over $500. Even in an emergency, I would not recommend calling them.
