I have no problem with the service I received. What I do have a problem with is they said there was a $165 charge just to come out. When the guy arrived, he said the total was going to be over $700. I told him I couldn't pay that to have one drain snaked. He then said he'd take off the initial $165, but it would still be over $500. Even in an emergency, I would not recommend calling them. Steve and the guys did an awesome job on my bathroom repairs. It felt like we were family. They kept me informed about everything. I am greatly thankful they could be there for me.

Ben came out to do an emergency unclog and fixed the issue in just about 30 minutes. Gave me next steps to fix what was wrong, and made the scheduling and check out procedure super simple and easy. I would rate 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

I had a case of mistaken identity. I left a review about this company that wasn’t nice and instead of getting angry the owner called and was polite. Although they have never done work for me the fact he can handle a negative review and wanted to make it right shows what type of company they are.
