I recently ran into an issue with my septic system clogging and H Jacks team quickly came to my rescue on a Saturday and got it “flowing” again then returned on Monday to get to the bottom of what was causing the problem. Dwayne was professional and very knowledgeable and helped us resolve the issue. Thank you Dwayne and H. Jacks!

So I hired these guys to come take a look for a potential gas leak, and they were more than willing to come out and get to work. Upon their arrival, there were two plumbers. Which I thought was odd. 2 guys to check for a gas leak? They were at the house for 2 and a half hours. (It should not take 2 and a half hours to test three lines with 2 people) and they couldn't find any gas leak, but they did shut off an old gas line where they 'think' was the issue. Wonderful experience from start to finish! We called for information in the evening the next day received a call back for follow-up. Was able to get a technician on site within a half an hour. The customer service and professionalism of everyone was top notch and I will definitely call in the future if needed.
