Called and asked for a simple job. Guy came out and told me he didn't bring a pipe threader (even though I stated I wanted a pipe cut and rerouted when I scheduled appt). Told me he would charge me an extra 200 dollars in labor so he could go get the tools he forgot. I called the office again later and the supervisor never called me back. Company is a scam. I won't be scheduling with them again.
Jean and Joey were extremely professional, courteous, and super knowledgeable in assisting me for a leaking toilet issue. Excellent A++ customer service and how people should be treated also arriving same day within an hour and an half after I called. These two are a huge asset to your business and should be treated as such! I am very pleased overall, thank you yet again!
