I had the worst experience because of Janet, a stuffy, uptight store manager who was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. She literally ran me out of the store and basically told me she was going to “have a talk” and reprimand one of the other employees because they shown me hospitality when apparently Janet is not about that. The employee was fine with me taking photos of my 3 yr old in front of the flowers and even suggested a location within the store, but Janet stopped me and said I would have to sign a waiver and pay a fee.... read more
Highly Recommend – I just really love it there. They have a large selection and their staff is so friendly and helpful. If you don't know where it is you might drive right by it. But once you find it you'll be back again for sure.
I use Benken's for all my garden needs. I don't have the greenest thumb, so their staff is really helpful. They are not worried about just the sale, but care about me the customer. Just a really awesome place.
beautiful surroundings and great customer service – Top-notch customer service. Knowledgable and friendly staff, including the members of this family-owned and operated floral and garden center. It's beautifully cared-for surroundings are an oasis that need to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
Rude Customer service – Went to order wedding flowers and I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes until they brought to the phone someone they called their specialist in design and flowwers. This women was rude and talked down to me. I couldn't begin to tell how rude. I told her she needed to find another job and hung up. I called another florist who was HAPPY TO TAKE MY ORDER. It was a $500.00 dollar order by the way.
