My parents have been using these guys for years hence me going to them for my family's pest control needs. They have always been great. They're always respectful, dependable and have that sweet southern charm. I love these guys and the Mrs too. I know I can always call if I have a problem come up too, as we've had issues with my cat getting fleas, (due to my forgetfulness with the flea meds) and ants coming in. We have used H & H Termite and Pest Control for over 20 years - best service of all pest companies. They were the only ones who could get rid of the ant problem we had - wouldn't use anyone else
The receptionist was always nice to us but when made appointments they never showed up. Used when we bought our home so tried to stay with them. Came out one other time and something messed up with the sprayer and he said he would be back. He never came back to finish. Very friendly people but not reliable.
I had a terrible experience with H & H. The service has been good, but the secretary or whoever runs the office is EXTREMELY rude and was horrible on the phone. She spoke poorly of a customer that has used them for years. She refused to give me any information, and any question I had she had an attitude instead of answers. I actually had a a friend call back to cancel the service because the woman hung up on me, for no reason!
