We both agreed to a amount for work being done. When I received the final dollar amounting was 500.00 dollars higher than agreed on. After the work was done some flowers died and he came to replace then with a different color which my wife did not want and he told her “ I don’t know what to tell you” after about 2 weeks I called him to come by and give me some advice and he told me that I didn’t know how to care for them which is nothing more than watering them.
