On two different occasions while in Winchester, I have encountered these drivers using the Handicapped parking places outside of a convenience store, when not transporting patients. Once, there were two of their vans parked in front of the door, picking up their lunch, and I - a person that needs handicapped parking, had to park far out in the lot. If you need someone to be late or take your spouse somewhere other than where they are supposed to go, this who you need to do it. Total unprofessionals. And to your response: Wrong again, the facility is now transporting her with someone reliable. A smart person would look into why you keep getting reviews of 1.

Me and my husband have used h & h for years. Over the years we have gotten to know everyone at the company. They are all kind and caring. They will will help you as much as needed. Keith, Pat ,Robert ,both Andrews, John and Herschel Charlie and Matt we appreciate all that you have done for us. Best company ever.

Too bad zero stars not an option. People trying get to dr this place may or may not show up. Then lie and say they did when they didn’t. If I wasnt si dependent because I use them every week it’s such a struggle.
