If you want a business that stands behind their products, go somewhere else. We bought some very expensive carpet from H&H. After 3 years of use, it looked worse than the 11 year old builder's grade carpet it replaced. We started calling the store in September and after many phone calls and emails, H & H has done nothing to resolve our problem except make more excuses. Neither the salesman or the owner would even come to our house and look at the carpet. Once they have your money, they are done with you.
Would highly recommend! Excellent service!
