I saw Dr.Lipshutz with HCC and was expecting reduced longevity regardless of treatment. Dr lipshultz may be a great Dr but the office staff rates a zero. From customer service to insurance verification to bad info. I wasted a flipping week and a half because they are not on the same page. I asked to speak to the office manager and still on hold. You know you can have the best food and bad service and I'm not going here. Customer service 101 would be a good thing here
Dr. Lipshutz saved my life in 2017. I will be indebted to him forever. He continues to be involved in helping me. I trust him 100%.
