Highly recommended! Raymond and his crew helped me in a horse trailer emergency and got me back on the road! They went above and beyond and made a potentially bad situation into just a slight delay! Excellent customer service and excellent work.
Parts and Service got me back on the road quick! Had Trailer Bar hanger crack and I stopped at Camping World down the street and they refered me to go see Ray at HGR. Well they didn't have my part but were able to modify what I had to make the repair and it is the best the trailer has towed since new. Very Knowledgeable and experienced people working in the shop! I brought in a 4WD GMC Terrain to be outfitted for 4 wheel flat (dingy) towing. Ray took the time to show me and explain the different tow bars and other options. When the work was complete, Mr. Farmer gave a very thorough explanation of how to use the equipment, and then had me set it up to make sure I was comfortable. Worst possible customer service. I purchased a brand new trailer from them for over $2500 dollars cash. I was given a temporary tag and told I would have mine within a month. After waiting 2 months and getting a Ticket I returned and asked where my tag was. They could not find any paper work because the person handling the tags was on vacation. The manager called me 2 days later and told me personally that he had received it and was dropping it in the mail. 2 weeks later and still no tag I call the office and the rudest pers... read more
Great experience with HGR, a bit pricey but they took me in for 2 trailer tires to be changed out, mount & balance less then a hour to closing time. Not to mention the trained and knowledgeable young man who provided the service. I appreciate the additional information he gave me towards what I needed done for the bearings on my equipment.
