We called on a Monday morning and they were at our house that afternoon. Tony and Lynette are great people. Our technician was James. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Everything was completed within an hour and half. I’d like to add we had another issue that led to us getting our HVAC replaced. Derek worked well for us with financing and we had the unit installed the next day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Came same day as called. Young man very nice and knowledgeable with the mini split units. Problem easily corrected. Ask for James! Update! Just got the bill. I think $180 an hour a bit excessive and included travel time so the hour cost me $875.
