Came same day as called. Young man very nice and knowledgeable with the mini split units. Problem easily corrected. Ask for James! Update! Just got the bill. I think $180 an hour a bit excessive and included travel time so the hour cost me $875.
We called on a Monday morning and they were at our house that afternoon. Tony and Lynette are great people. Our technician was James. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Everything was completed within an hour and half. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Came on time in extremely hot weather. Changed thermostat quickly, got us up and going quickly and efficiently!!!
I was very very pleased as soon as they open cover of the AC unit they knew what was wrong with it. They thoroughly talk to me and explained what was wrong. They had the parts to repair it with them, then charge my unit to make sure it was cold. I could not have asked for better service I would Recommend their service. Thank you Fellas!
