Horrible company, Visited multiple properties owned by them their company raises prices and sponges you for money to upgrade pointless stuff like the floors in the elevator areas ,when their elevators hadn't even been serviced and expired, had termites since move in and they didn't ever handle it , huge water leak in ceiling water was leaking from heat lamp they left a huge hole in our ceiling for over a week , said it was fixed , it wasn't had to fix it again then tried money jabbing after move out .
