Update 2: the car continues to be a money pit. Transmission is visibly leaking and likely has been for 2 years now based on the service paper left in the glovebox. It also has a bad alternator and cannot be driven reliably at the moment. Money pit. This car was not checked over at all from what I can tell. Extremely disappointed. I scheduled a maintenance appointment for Friday. I called on Saturday to discover that the car hasn't been looked at yet. Today, I was told that based on my description, the car should be towed somewhere else. They have yet to look at the car, and won't get to it for the next two days. This is a joke of a service department.
Ryan T is the absolute best! He helped my mom find the perfect vehicle for her needs. He helped her fill out paperwork for discounts, rebates, and additional financial offers. He walked her through every step with patience, kindness, and professionalism. If your older parent needs a vehicle, Ryan has the skills for the job! Absolutely fantastic.
