Very helpful and detailed on what i wanted. Spent time going over the details and working with me. Kevin Simms was my salesman and he was great to work with!
Was told my car would only take 2 hours to complete. I dropped it off at 8:35am and it's almost 3 and still tell me I have another hour for the alignment. First off don't quote a customer 2 hours then take 6 hours and get a run around and 3 different answers as to when it will be done.. Wait times are horrible!! Will never be back!!
I drive an hour from my home, just so I can have Elliot Faison help me find the car and deal that will work for me. Four of my last 5 cars were purchased were purchased at McGonigals. I emailed him a few days before I drove to Kokomo and he had cars to show me and I picked one of those to drive home. Love my new Buick
