Not "jumping for joy" over HEB curbside. This was my first time to use it, and wasn't thrilled with the substitution aspect. I'd understand if I'd received an email an hour or two prior (so I'd have time to "accept or "decline) but instead, I was shown the substituted items at the curb. I purchased grain-free chips and was given grain chips... if I'd had an allergy, this wouldn't be OK! Love this HEB, but will likely not be using curbside again.
