Karen the manager in charge @ 8:30pm on 9/30/2020 was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been an HEB shopper for over 40 years and have always enjoyed top notch customer service but Karen was down right hateful and does not represent the HEB I’ve always known and loved ... what a sad thing for my beloved HEB to have someone like Karen representing them!

Great customer service. They are always willing to help, assist with taking out your groceries. Clean atmosphere is wonderful.
The staff are so friendly, helpful, diligently working, and all while enforcing the new social distancing culture that as come along with covid 19. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!
The manager must have been having a bad morning as she was rude and condescending before the doors had opened. Furthermore, the cashier had the same attitude. Normally, my visits are pleasant, but not on this particular morning.
I love HEB and the people they are so respect their customers when they talk to you at your car
Staff is always helpful and amazing . Even when the world 🌍 is going mad and so many angry customers . The HEB staff has postponed attitudes. Keep up the good work ! They are always ready to help find something and the cashiers always ask “ did you find everything you needed “?
