Had a problem with a product I bought and the young girl at the customer service counter was great in handling the situation and made an exchange very easy..great customer service!
If you guys could Police your gas island and keep people form asking us for spare change, that would be great
Today the wind blew a bag of food off the top of my cart. Another customer helped me picked it up and suggested I go back in for a replacement of a bag of noodles that broke, but I declined. As I was loading the groceries into my car, an employee came out and asked if he could replace it, went inside and brought me a new bag in no time! I love HEB!
I highly recommend HEB Plus in Waco to anyone living in the area.
