Recently was going to HEB Looking for a place to park. I'm disabled so looking for a place up close. I notice reserved places for moms with kids. Since when are moms with kids disabled? You can't walk a few places down??? I really don't understand this. Please, someone tell me about this. I was a Mom. I had 2. Was I disabled and didn't know it?? How can these people think it's ok to park in a space up close while people with a real disability have to park away while you park up close because you had a kid????

Great grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Only thing I could complain about is moving health food bins etc. to front of store that no one can remember about. Even asked employees and they didn’t know where area was located. Said they no longer had. Perhaps put chips and cookies in that section and move bins back in main store isles.
Is there a mediocre button? The last few times I’ve done curbside part of my groceries were not included and took over 20 mins waiting. Last Sunday, I waited 35 mins. They’ve been slacking! They offer me to go back and pick up the missing groceries or they refund the money. Still super annoying!

Gets to HEB, racks up a $150 bill, reaches into purse, NO WALLET. Thank you, John G. and Zoe (Register) and Sergio (business center)for being so accommodating and holding our basket in the warehouse while my partner grabbed our card and not making us wait in line again, allowing us to pay at the business center. This experience could have been really embarrassing but it was quick and seamless, without making us feel like a worthless burden. lol it’s been a long week and even longer day. I’m ready to drink this wine. CHEERS!
