I love going to this H-E-B. The cashiers are great. Today July 4. I was very disappointed with upper management. I went around 11 AM to get my groceries. And there was about 20 people standing around waiting for a celebration for the Fourth of July in the produce area. When I went to go check out five minutes later they had started their celebration and started clapping and cheering while I was checking out and watching the guys in the checkout lane struggle to get groceries… See more
Today I was at the store, usually the checkers and baggers are chatting and checking their cells, today I was helped by the Absolute Best Checker/Bagger Ever! Bravo Ayanna B. 🏆 She is attentive to the customer, Outstanding Bagger, neat, in order, courteous, she’s WOW!! Kudos to Ayanna! Great work Ethic and Skills!

I work at HEB but have been a customer for MANY years. HEB is simply the best at everything from what they carry, customer service, community service and they treat us partners very very well!! HEB rocks it ALLthe time!!❤
the heb staff is very helpful but way to many people... from other states...i seen yalls licenses plates
it's covient to our community. Workers are helpful. Con-during COVID, why during Thanksgiving shopping why would you have aisle packed stocking items up & down creating absolutely no social distancing. The wine department had boxes from one end to the other, produce, pallets blocking, carts that are used for Pick up or delivery blocking. This is not social distancing. We are at an all COVID HIGH & you're not doing you due diligence. Del Webb shops there & most vulnerable. God hope you did not create a SUPER SPREADER
