If you are calling wanting someone to check and see if they have a product in store don't waste your time. After being transferred 5 times back to the same person actually twice who just passed my call off again I had to hang up call again and ask to speak to a manager who I was never able to speak with. At that point I got transferred two more times to someone who told me no they didn't have the product and that product she said they didn't have wasn't even the one I was asked about initially. Very poor customer service.
OMG! Are you really trying to hurt your female customers and employees. My hands are still so red and hurting from the scalding hot water in the ladies room and it’s been over 10 minuets.Even the 2 employees (female) said they have complained and nothing has been done. My hands are on fire. Do something or a lawyer will contact you if this happens to me again!!!
I love this HEB. I pass 2 HEB's to get to this one because it's always clean and the customer service is top notch. Plus they always have food and wine samples lol
Regardless what HEB may think. This is not my HEB. I have spoke to management on a few occasions. You see the people from HEB did not think about the people that live behind the wall. My bedroom is right behind the loading dock, and I hear all the trucks that come in starting early in the morning considering sometime before I wake at 3am which messes up my day at work.
