I just love this HEB! I'm from the valley and I always stay by there on vacation. Simply awesome. I wish they would make one like this in Brownsville! So convenient! Plus I work for HEB part time and i would love working in one like this. Not only because I work for HEB but we have the best workers!!!
$10 pizza happy hour is well worth the parking situation. The store is small so waiting for the pizza can be a little inconvenient for the shoppers and the waiting pizza customers. Pizza was great and beer was good too. I think HEB does need to put some kind of canvas shade on the patio, with the texas heat a little shade would help.
Love this little HEB/convenient store. I was staying at a hotel within walking distance and was able to get what I needed here. The pizza is delicious!!! HEB needs to build more stores like this.
I have been on road trips across the nation Best Grocery Store by far. Thank God I live in Texas where HEB gives be a good product, fair deals, honest advertisements, and none of the hassle of some other major chains. HEB has my loyalty thank you for being there for us. Your broad selection and freshness makes me choose your store every time there is no comparison I love my HEB.
The new plastic bags for vegetables are a terrible idea, they are much more time consuming to open and tear easily. Get back to the previous rolls. See Comments.
