Love the “Mini B” downtown. Only thing, is that it is a mini grocery store. So you gotta know what you need to get might not be there. However, it has an excellent wine and beer section, fantastic deli with freshly made food to go, and pizza that they make onsite that is some of the best around and you can’t beat the two free beers at happy hour.
Great handy store, but you guys really need to add a few recycling trash cans!
Shout out to the Deli department at HEB plus on Bandera and 1604 for saving me and taking my sandwich tray order same day when the Alon market manager would not. I appreciate it more than you know! Thank you!!!!
An interesting visit! I went to buy dog food for my fur baby, not a great selection! I know this is a small HEB, however, not alot of good produce here? It reminds me of a cheap corner market you find in NYC. I would say a large Valero in San Antonio. Waste of space in a historic neighborhood!
I love biking, walking, shopping at my local HEB store. I'm hearing impaired and even without my service dog the staff remember me and speak directly to my face clear and slow. They show how much they enjoy me as a part of their community. Great store. Great folks.
