the Valley hi location manager is weird. he's new, I never seen him there before. his name tag said "Jar", I'm sure short for something. he doesn't just look at people, he sneaky looks at people. caught him looking at me a few times. then caught him looking at other people, almost following people around. next time I go there and catch him following me, I'm going to confront him and contact corperate.
I see a lot of customers yet to cut my sons hours he's a dedicated employee for 8 years I will no longer be getting my money to store

sorry HEB lately there are less cashiers and y'all are pushing us to do self checkout. where before yall would open lanes for us this is why I hated Walmart... now it's like it's worth going to Walmart cuz it's closer to home... and they have more self-checkouts.. I feel bad for the Young kids looking for a good job at HEB I guess you don't need them anymore😞😞😞😞...

I live in SC and placed an order for my mom. Unfortunately one of the items was sold out, I received a call from a young man, Robert, to apologize for the item offer other options. When I told him who the order was for, he proceeded to tell me he would go and check the bakery for other options. He called me back with several options and I was surprised he had done so much. The delivery was on time and my mom loved everything. Honestly, purchasing directly from the store was a blessing. Annette L Moore
