Curbside orders aren’t being fulfilled even though Items are in stock at store . And being charged ahead of time for orders is completely unacceptable. As a nurse with very limited time or opportunity to even get to stores with your shortened hours having to be told my order couldn’t be fulfilled only an hour before I was due to pick it up. Then having multiple people send me pictures of the images being in the store I ordered from is completed unacceptable. MARCH 18th, Even though some of the shelves were empty, This store had a great flow and employees were helpful and courteous! This company has been amazing in keeping up with the current situation and making changes on the fly to accommodate everyone. Great work HEB!
