I went to H-E-B on Valley hi this afternoon and was in despair my family of 8 was out of toilet paper and I have been going for days and found none. Two kind workers went out of their way to find me some and made my day. I’m a nurse and can’t make it to the store at hours that stock is placed on the shelves. They blessed me and I am happy that this has always been my favorite H-E-B. Small town girl likes her small store.
I love HEB but, with Covid 19, this HEB does not practice what it preaches! I only do Curbside. The signs say employees only come to passenger window. Never so! They always come to drivers side window. Really!!! I truly hate that. Why post that if employees don't honor it? So, sad. I'm trying Walmart, see if they can do better!!
I placed a curbside order that I had to wait two weeks for bc of the current situation. Ok, completely understandable. I get a notification that my order is ready for pickup on the 18th, so I go to the store. I wait at least 20 minutes to be able to pull into a curbside spot, only to have the employee come and tell me they don’t have any of my order available. It is now the 1st, and I have yet to receive a refund or some kind of acknowledgment of my order not being fulfilled.
