Great dentist here and person, super nice man and he's got a lot of experience.
I have never been so offended or so poorly treated. This dentist's office staff did not, I repeat did not, inform me that they had to have a confirmation to a phone message that I had an appointment. I work in a building that has poor phone service, and I am a teacher who cannot answer a phone call when I am with my students. I inconvenienced 5 other teachers who had to watch my students at the end of the day and drove from Macon to WR only to be told that mine and my son's appointments had been given to others.
