Used H&B security for 15+ years . I don’t know what’s going on with them lately. Everything is very slow and unorganized down there. Don’t put a posted time for opening at 9 o’clock if you’re not unlocking the door till 915 920 literally stood outside the door for 15 minutes. People looked at me from inside and turned around and walked away, even though the store is supposed to open at nine. This has happened on more than one occasion awful customer service not a sorry or anything.
