A young man by the name of Chris came to my house it fixed my issue and the entire time he explained to me how it works and what he needed to do to fix it and helped me understand everything. Then before he left, he said if you have any problems, give us a call. We’ll come right back out. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a company with this type of customer service. Professional and timely service, to say the least! Another company had us sweating through the night after intentionally misdiagnosing our HVAC system, insisting it needed to be replaced rather than repaired. They came and assessed my unit(s) through an insurance claim. Regardless of me providing an invoice to them from a different HVAC company a few months ago showing that the system was operational and functioning... they decided to say to the insurance company that my system had pre-existing conditions solely due to a refrigerant refill during a tune up. So, H&J was recommended through AHS. They did the tune-up and found an issue. I will admit that you cannot beat their prices. Did have multiple scheduling issues because of weather but my unit got fixed and the tech, Eugune was polite and professional. I will use them again if I have any more AC issues.
