They came and assessed my unit(s) through an insurance claim. Regardless of me providing an invoice to them from a different HVAC company a few months ago showing that the system was operational and functioning... they decided to say to the insurance company that my system had pre-existing conditions solely due to a refrigerant refill during a tune up. So, H&J was recommended through AHS. They did the tune-up and found an issue. I will admit that you cannot beat their prices. Did have multiple scheduling issues because of weather but my unit got fixed and the tech, Eugune was polite and professional. I will use them again if I have any more AC issues.
