They do not stand by there word. My jeep set down there for 6 to 9 months waiting on a motor. Finally after them putting the second motor in I got it back. It was still not right always having problems. They ask to take it for second opinion. I did that as well. was told they would pay for it...they didn't I got left holding the bill because owner quit. so needless to say I let it go back. no sense in paying for something when all I does is stay broke down. was always told not under warranty.
RecommendedThese people are honest and will offer to fix anything as long as you pay attention to the warranty that they DO OFFER.
I would not recommend this place just off the people who are suppose to represent the business . When you make a racist comment as such that their own mechanic made , they do not deserve business as long as he’s working there
test drove a car from them broke down on side the road before I can even get it back to the lot. when I looked under the hood they had a hose taped together instead of replacing it properly
test drove a car broke down popped hood and pipes were taped together then couldnt get it to crank
very good people and good staff and I would go back and get one
John is very Kind. I purchased my car from him and proudly and happily drove it for 6 months, after 6 months something happened with the freaking motor. John helped me so much. He didnt have to help me, but he did!!! He helped with the Tow from Danville Hyundai to Martinsville and because of John I'm riding again! I will definitely purchase from H and H againand I Highly recommend them to anyone looking not only for a nice reliable car but from people who stand for whats right!
By far the worse people I have ever dealt with. Do not waist you money dealing with these people. they are not professional and they are a get over. Ragedy cars and no good mechanics.... thank me later
