I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was warranted. Unfortunately, we never even got to eat at the restaurant because of how disorganized the front desk was. We were quoted a 35–45 minute wait and were told to join the Yelp waitlist. We stood nearby the entire time waiting to be called. I’ve had an amazing time at Gyuzo! Our waitress Fiona made my experience amazing. She was so attentive, positive and funny! If you’re the manager reading this, a promotion is necessary! Our food runner, Steven was a ball of personality! Every time he came to drop off our meat he brought great energy and a funny joke! This dynamic duo makes Gyuzo the place to be Please request them and come try this place out!!
We had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, Fiona, and Buster Steven! They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their positive attitudes and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!
