After booking a reservation for 4 people and confirming the reservation around noon today, we hit traffic after driving over an hour to come here for dinner. We arrived 10 minutes late because of traffic, and had to wait behind another couple in line before we were able to speak to the hostess and explain anything. When we were able to talk to the hostess, we were told that we were labeled as a “no show” because we were more than 15 minutes late.
