HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Order 2051. I put in my order and was anticipating receiving it. I receive an email asking me to review the item over a week later. I responded to the email that I hadn’t received a tracking number let alone the item - hoping that it might nudge them into action and I might receive my tracking number. But, sadly, no.
