Great Family Dining When you are in the mood for Japanese food that appeals to the whole family, this is the place to go! My favorite is anything with butterfish. The kids like this place since they have a nice kid's menu and origami...and did I mention the Japanese shave ice?
I LOVE IT HERE This place is absolutely delicious and my favorite that I always get whenever we eat here is the butterfish! Also the chawamushi is delicious and the environment is very welcoming.

Great food that we remember and have taken lots of mainland friends there. Now with the pandemic they’ve really stepped up their game with partitions, sanitization and recording temps and addresses should someone be found to be active. Now this is how a Restaurant survives in a pandemic. Really great service and to help out I did a 30% tip to help the staff.
Open for dine in. Masks required when entering & leaving. They take your temperature to make sure you don't have a fever and take your phone number in case they have to contact you (good idea). tables are socially distant. Menus are presented on a stand up holder & offerings are changed I ordered my usual lunch box and the nigiri sushi was replaced w/California rolls. My other go to Senior nigiri was not offered. That's OK, the rest of the stuff was good. I'm glad they're open for dine-in.

Was so good to eat in for a change. Food and service was excellent. Had the lunch combo miso butterfish and tonkatsu.
I am a long-time customer and fan of all Gyotaku restaurants. Today we both ordered Ninja Don with Tempura and loved it!
