I am a new ob patient at this clinic. I chose this provider because of their link with Wuestoff Hospital. I have been very upset with the customer service I have received so far. When I have needed to call to reschedule appointments, the receptionist has not hesitated to make her frustration and annoyance known. As a stay at home mother to a small child, my schedule changes constantly and it is nearly impossible for me to make and keep appointments two months ahead of time.
