I initially gave this facility 5 stars because Dr. Brown and most of the staff are great. Dr. Brown delivered my first baby, and I’m currently seeing Dr. Pichardo for my second pregnancy. She is amazing, very informative, and genuinely sweet. That said, I’m removing two stars because in the 7–8 years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never dealt with anyone rude until today.
