I've been with Gymrassic Park from Day 1 of them opening. I have trained with both Coach Kah, Coach Milk, Coach Britt and Coach Nish. They are all GREAT trainers and will challenge you in they own unique way. Every class will challenge you in a different way. But at the end of the day you will notice and get RESULTS. Interested in being a guest and trying out a class come in as a guest for FREE!!! You won't regret it.

You want results? Then these are your guys!! Milk and Kah are the best trainers hands down!!! And the vibes and energy? THE VIBES N ENERGY ARE UNMATCHED!!!! So happy to be apart of this fitness family
