They don’t return phone calls and are taking my money. I am extremely upset that I have been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months and they keep taking the fees out of my account. I can’t get anyone to help me

Best gym in Shelby County. It has the most updated equipment to workout with and it’s a REAL old school atmosphere gym. Music playing, very open area and just the right size. I’m enjoying the 24 hour access also and security cameras around the clock. This gym is in a safe area only minutes from Calera police station. I’ve been a member of other big gyms for years but this is the better option in this area hands down.

Everything you could want in a gym and more. All equipment is kept up and in great shape or BRAND NEW. The owners are awesome guys, very friendly and professional as well as very supportive of our Military and Law enforcement. I’ve found my home gym.
Im totally New to the Gym Scene and Dana made me feel right at home. I truly enjoyed the first day of my boot camp training with her. it was intense but I believe even though Im a Newbie I crushed it. Dana was very encouraging and helped me thru the steps so I could attempt to be on track with the others. I am excited about this journey to a Healthier me.
great gym. everything youd need. CrossFit, punching bag, tire and sledge hammer, plenty of cadio, tons of free weights, and they keep updating. good pricing too. this is the first good gym I've been to in a long time.
The owner can learn how to treat people. Talking to people the way that he talked to my mother today. Utter disrespect!
