Steal money and blame it on a glitch, they don’t respond and delete comments on page, over charged me 180.00 and making no attempt to refund. Save yourself the headache and join the gym up the road.
The gym has overcharged me several times. when I tried to reach out to the multiple times through multiple platforms, no one ever answers or gets back to me. I was told I’d be refunded for the month they were closed due to COVID. That hasn’t happened and they charged me at least $90 in a two week period. I was charged for 2 months when the gym was closed by the State--and then an additional $30 for "gym fees," I was not contacted and told about alternatives, options, or anything while they were closed. Then I can't get anyone to reply to my emails or answer phone calls. I have tried 3x in writing (2x by email, 1x through the website) to get ANYONE there to reply to my concerns and I do not hear back from them. As soon as I can cancel my account with them, I will. Find another gym--you get what you pay for.
We have moved and have tried for 2 months to cancel our membership. I have sent several messages to the owner and have requested my money be refunded for February. Guess what? They still took the money out of my account this month which is March even though he said he would cancel membership! Gerald, the owner, contacted my Company to offer our employees a $5.00 a month membership. We spoke once and went ahead and rolled it out to our employees. There were many questions and we have tried to contact him multiple times however he won’t return our calls. I guess too good to be true!
I love that they have a lot of different things to workout with and it's 24/7! Very nice clean and love the environment and music! Friendly people that we've met also!
Convenient and it's family oriented and offers a variety of work out programs and you have 24hr access!!
